Program Manager with Strong Financial Modeling, Insights and Analytics Skills
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Data Governance, Interpretation and Modeling
ā¢ Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions related to budget tracking and modeling, and incentives around influencer/creator engagement.
ā¢ Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.
ā¢ Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
ā¢ Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.
ā¢ Mentor and guide teams on data preparation, visualization, modeling, and best practices.
Program Management
ā¢ Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.
ā¢ Coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.
ā¢ Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
ā¢ Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
ā¢ Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Business Understanding & Insights Operationalization
ā¢ Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.
ā¢ Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.
ā¢ Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.
ā¢ Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.

Requirements:
