Program Manager, Office of Experiential Learning

CU Online is seeking a Program Manager for the Office of Experiential Learning. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective program coordination, and providing support to students, faculty, and external partners. Responsibilities Track participation and gather data on student learning outcomes Support reporting and ensure accuracy/timeliness of project postings Provide direct assistance to students and project providers Serve as the point of contact for external partners Manage project logistics, communications, and scheduling Support mentor/coach onboarding and check-ins at key achievements Lead the digital marketplace system for projects and opportunities Manage multi-stakeholder coordination at the project level Collect participation data, embed achievements, and support reflection/reporting tools Oversee the creation, implementation and growth of a Residential Real Estate Entrepreneur Case Competition, workshops with real estate investment leaders and personal financial planning sessions designed to help students understand how real estate investing can contribute to overall financial well-being Skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience One year of experience in program coordination, student services, or a related field, preferably within higher education or a business environment Demonstrated effectiveness in written and oral communication Ability to establish trust and collaborate successfully with a variety of partners High level of organization and multitasking skills Demonstrated problem-solving skills Strong customer service orientation with integrity in working with students, employers, faculty, and staff Proficiency in technology including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for specialized events or workshops Promotes creating an inclusive environment to reflect our values and vision at Leeds Experience with experiential learning or project-based learning initiatives Background in client service, relationship management, or project management Experience supporting both undergraduate and graduate student populations Familiarity with business functions and various industry sectors Benefits Medical Dental Retirement plans Generous paid time off Tuition assistance for you and your dependents ECO Pass for local transit Company Overview CU Online offers the same world-class undergraduate, graduate, doctorate, and certificate programs online as available on-campus at CU Boulder, CU Colorado Springs, CU Denver, and CU Anschutz Medical Campus.
