Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive ourevery endeavor!Location: Remote USAWhat you will do:Lead the development and execution of a unified strategy to grow Maintenance Agreements across all Service regionsServe as the corporate owner of MA program direction, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Service objectivesAnalyze business trends, customer insights, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and facilitate the commercialization process across key service lines and vertical marketsCollaborate with regional and district leaders, account managers, and service teams to drive field adoption and executionRecommend program enhancements based on operational performance, customer feedback, and field insightsChampion a customer-first mindset by shaping an MA experience that is seamless, intuitive, and value-driven across all touchpointsResolve program challenges with proactive solutions that enhance service delivery and customer satisfactionPartner cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Service Operations, HR, Sales, and Daikin factories to optimize workflows and support service delivery growthEquip field teams with training and resources to ensure confident, consistent execution of Maintenance AgreementsSupport internal and external promotion of Maintenance Agreements through collaboration with marketing and field teamsPerform other related duties as assigned or requestedWhat’s in it for you: The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree4 to 6 years of experience working on programs, sales support, contracts, or projects with different teamsExperience should show you can help build strategy, support field teams, and work well across departments to improve customer experience and business resultsThis position does not offer work visa sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Technical fieldExperience in HVAC, building services, or a commercial/industrial environment with a solid understanding of service operations and field executionProven background in sales enablement, customer lifecycle management, or go-to-market strategyDemonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, support field execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and business performanceExperience leading or contributing to program development, contract growth, or cross-functional product/project management effortsBenefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance 401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributionsCompany provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverageShort term and long-term disability 3 weeks of paid time off for new employees + 11 company paid holidaysVacation accrues on a monthly basis, unless applicable federal, state and local law requires a faster accrualPaid sick time in accordance of the federal, state and local law Paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000k - $148,800K + up to 15% bonus in US. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
