Job Description
Ā Candidate Location Requirements: Fully Remote Domestic US Sourcing any US time zone (candidate must have some flexibility for early calls if in PST or late calls if in EST, around once a month or every two weeks) Typical Day in the Role Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is supporting a security product suite in the cloud that works with many cross-functional teams to land initiatives within Azure DevOps. Key projects: This role will contribute to supporting the team s ADO hygiene, keeping the team and various other teams on track with various tasks as well as creating occasional content (one-pagers, powerpoint training decks). They will work with technical teams and will require a general understanding of some technical knowledge, but the role will not be writing technical content. Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:
Ā 25%- meetings with team or sponsor: they will need to take notes and send over the summary to the sponsor (meetings will decrease as project actually takes off)
Ā Ongoing Azure Dev ops backlog Management
Ā 20%: Need to coordinate all parties and plan for all meetings and content development.
Ā 55% heads down work, problem solving any issues that arise, and scheduling individual meetings with other team members to progress the overall project.
Ā High interaction with the sponsor and moderate/low with team
Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 5 overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: A bachelor s degree in a technical or PM field is required to be eligible for this role.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with no previous experience in data analysis & reporting or marketing will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience as a data-driven executor with superior organization skills.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on community growth (in terms of numbers of power users and increased utilization of material), as well as how they solve problems and engage with the team.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Ā Minimum 5 years experience with Agile methodology and Azure DevOps management
Ā Minimum 2 years experience with Program Management at Microsoft (preferably in security)
Ā Minimum 4 years experience with technical knowledge of the security/cybersecurity field

Summary:
Work directly with business to drive a program from initiation through delivery. Provide daily support for managing delivery of project tasks, activities, milestones and resources. Develop, maintain, and manage project requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Support business owners to drive a large program or multiple projects. Work closely with program/process owners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage large programs and complex projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Lead large, cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with executive leadership as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.

Manage, monitor and report on just-launched support pilot program progress and build requirements for and manage launch of next wave.

Must have:
Minimum 2 years of experience building and managing a new program or service pilot
Minimum 2 years of experience creating and presenting execl communications, including slides, emails, newsletters.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Azure Dev Ops management
Project/Program management experience
Great communication skills
