Program Manager - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)

This role is responsible for overseeing the technical, administrative, cost, and schedule performance of Government contracts supporting Navy network systems and related mission-critical capabilities. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between Government stakeholders, technical teams, and contractor leadership to ensure successful program execution.
