Program Manager (E-Commerce & Technology) - Contract
About the position
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, for a project based assignment. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our digital commerce platform and support our global expansion. You will be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering teams, design, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and manage multiple concurrent e-commerce and technology programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope completion
ā¢ Directly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
ā¢ Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
ā¢ Own the roadmap planning and prioritization process for e-commerce technology initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership
ā¢ Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including system integrators, platform providers, and third-party technology partners
ā¢ Drive implementation and optimization of our Shopify Plus e-commerce platform, including theme development, app integrations, and checkout enhancements
ā¢ Oversee integration projects using Celigo and other iPaaS solutions to connect ERP, WMS, OMS, and other enterprise systems
ā¢ Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation protocols
ā¢ Collaborate with the Design team to ensure digital experiences align with AMIRI's luxury brand standards and aesthetic vision
ā¢ Partner with Engineering to define technical requirements, review architecture decisions, and ensure scalable solutions
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, team efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
ā¢ 7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or digital technology
ā¢ Proven experience managing Project Managers or cross-functional teams
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus or equivalent enterprise e-commerce platforms
ā¢ Experience with Celigo or similar integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
ā¢ Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems including OMS, WMS, ERP, PIM, and payment systems
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party development teams
ā¢ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
ā¢ Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
ā¢ PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
ā¢ Must be available to work onsite 3x a week
