The Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
The Job
This organization, composed of product, operation, planning and program management teams is responsible for building the fundamental currency of Airbnb, Trust. For our hosts opening their homes, and our guests traveling the world, we build cutting edge technology solutions that enhance safety and peace of mind. Managing risk and earning trust is very complex and required at each moment of the guest and host journey. This role is responsible for delivering products that improve operational performance across a portfolio of solutions that make Airbnb a safe and reliable platform. You will be the primary interface between design, product, engineering, data science, and operations.
Responsibilities
Β You have a proven track record of launching complex products in highly constrained environments through various scopes of the product development lifecycle.
Β You have phenomenal problem solving skills.
Β You are detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to identify and manage blocking issues.
Β You build great relationships and can drive alignment across large cross-functional teams.
Β You enjoy learning how products are built and run, and can distill complex systems and processes into simple written and verbal communications.
Β You are excellent at connecting the dots across initiatives and ensuring cross-functional teams are focused on delivering what matters most.
Skills
Β 10+ years of experience driving complex cross-functional programs.
Β Strong understanding of project management and maturation fundamentals.
Β Excellent communication, engagement and senior leadership influence skills.
Β Expertise with project management tools e.g. confluence, jira, smart sheets, and Asana.
Β Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative.
Β Professional Program Management certification preferred.
Β Experience managing technical projects; demonstrate ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with associated teams
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Sciences preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $88.04-$103.57/hour.
