Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Project Planning and Coordination:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for localization projects.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for all localization-related inquiries.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential risks.Process Improvement:Analyze existing localization workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on localization trends and tools to implement best practices.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, communication).5+years of experience in PM, preferably in localization or translation services.Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and methodologies.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and localization tools (e.g., SDL Trados, MemoQ).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:PMP or Related CertificationKnowledge of internationalization (i18n) and Localization (L10n) best practicesExperience with Machine Translation (MT) and post-editingKnowledge of Azure, Data Center or Training related tech translation is a plusKnowledge of AIGC/LLM translation is a plusCloud Products / documentation Loc PM experience is a big plusWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:Because we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it’s a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
