This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands. Masterโs degree in a relevant field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum 10 years of experience supporting large corporations or government agencies
Demonstrated experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programs
Proven ability to manage programs within integrated healthcare systems
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare-related programs
5+ years supporting VHA or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)
10+ years of experience in healthcare environments relevant to program objectives
Familiarity with VISN structures, VA medical center operations, and federal healthcare program requirements
Experience driving innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
