Merakey is seeking a Remote OVR Program Manager to lead programs supporting individuals in achieving employment and independence through partnership with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). This is a remote role , but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania . (Remote – Must Live in PA) Pay: $30.45 /hour | Monday–Friday Position Details: Oversee daily operations of OVR programs and ensure compliance with state requirements Lead, coach, and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Manage referrals, service authorizations, and employment outcomes for individuals served Monitor program performance, track data, and drive quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with OVR counselors, employers, and community partners Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and billing aligned with OVR standards Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee relations as needed Benefits Merakey offers generous benefits that promote well-being, financial security, and work-life balance, including: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus access to healthcare advocacy support.
