About the Team

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) oversees standardized project management processes, governance (stage/gate reviews), mentoring, coaching, and training across the organization.

The Digital Tools Team supports project managers by administering and optimizing digital project management solutions, primarily the Oracle Unifier Project Management Information System (PMIS). This team ensures tools are effectively configured, maintained, and utilized to support successful project execution.

Position Overview

This is a business-facing, administrative role supporting project management teams through digital tools. The position focuses on front-end system administration within Oracle Unifier and related platforms.

This role does not involve backend software development, IT infrastructure support, or coding.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between project teams and digital systems, ensuring tools are used effectively to support governance, reporting, and workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer digital project management tools, primarily Oracle Unifier (PMIS)
• Manage user access, permissions, and role assignments
• Reassign tasks and maintain workflow integrity
• Provide day-to-day system support to project managers and vendor users
• Assist users in navigating and utilizing digital systems effectively
• Deliver training and create reference materials for staff
• Maintain an understanding of project management processes to ensure proper system utilization
• Support governance processes, including stage/gate workflows
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and digital tools
• Help ensure smooth execution of projects through effective system support

Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting project management teams (Project Coordinator, Project Controls, Construction Management, Procurement, etc.)
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar PMIS platforms (Procore, Kahua, Primavera, PMWeb, Aconex, etc.)
• Understanding of project management information systems and workflows
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting digital tools
• Ability to train and support both internal staff and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working within an Enterprise PMO (EPMO)
• Experience supporting stage/gate governance processes
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or large capital projects environments
