Program Liaison IT Early Career Development
Healthfirst is seeking a highly motivated and organized Tech Early Career Program liaison to support their early career program. This role will serve as a key liaison between the Head Mentor, key stakeholders in the program, and the early career associates, focusing on enhancing program performance and engagement.ResponsibilitiesCreate template to share with Managers to solicit quarterly feedback on AssociatesCreate Visio diagrams on program performanceCreate Intake Forms, Organize Data and ensure thorough data to streamline processesCreate system to track associate participation, performanceUpdate FAQ document for ECDP, create a rulebook, document processesUpdate VINE for IT ECDP – manage contentBuild rapport with associates and suggest engagement activitiesThink about innovative ways to engage and ensure robust programSchedule follow up meetings with managers for Head MentorManage a risk log for the Program, documenting concerns, risks, opportunitiesAssess effectiveness of Mentors, make suggestions if we should make changesAssist Head Mentor with 360 Performance Reviews. Create 360 summary reports based on quarterly follow ups with ManagersSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field1-3 years of early career development experienceExperience working with PPT, Excel, Workday, Outlook, SharePointExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsGood communication skillsStrong communication, organizational and project management skillsAbility to proactively work and think strategicallyProficiency in software development using at least 1 programming languageProficiency in data structuresExperience demonstrating written, verbal and presentation communication skills with ability to communicate complex informationExperience demonstrating prioritization and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detailExperience working independently and as part of a teamNY Hybrid role – must be able to commute to the office as neededUnderstand technology stack and agile deliveryBenefitsMedicalDental and vision coverageIncentive and recognition programsLife insurance401k contributionsCompany OverviewHealthfirst is a health insurer providing medical, business, and health insurance services.
