Program Finance Analyst (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Program Finance Analyst to assist in cost reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis for contracts, ensuring compliance with cost control guidelines and developing corrective action plans as needed.ResponsibilitiesAssists in the analysis of costs and schedules pertaining to contracts requiring validated cost schedule control proceduresParticipates in the development of integrated program schedules and budget according to company and program requirements, analyzes variances and helps develop corrective action plansPerforms analysis and prepares reports for senior administrator’s review in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesParticipates in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and assists in financial analysis such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysisMaintains accurate records of expenditures and prepares expenditure projectionsPerforms other duties as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited four college or university0-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in ExcelMust possess familiarity with cost accounting principlesUnderstand basic concepts of sales, marketing and billingBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401kFlexible spending and health savings accountsAccident benefitsLife insuranceDisability benefitsPaid vacation & holidaysCompany OverviewAt TTM we are inspiring innovation in everything we do.
