What you'll do:
We bring innovative technology and outstanding service offerings into the service support organization, ensuring that the first customer call is a success for everyone. Our work enables service delivery for exciting products achievable for the business, support engineers, and customers alike.
The day-to-day:
Manage sophisticated programs, coordinate diverse engineering teams, mitigating risks, and foster strong customer relationships while ensuring seamless execution from inception to completionWork with service delivery, engineering, and business teams to design and implement support model while proactively managing risks, meeting commitments, and resolving challengesDemonstrate strong leadership skills for the motivation and direction of cross-disciplinary teams spanning multiple organizations and geographic locationsTrack high-impact projects for major architectural changes
What you'll need:
3+ years' experience leading technical projectsWorking knowledge of security/cyber technologies and IP networkingFamiliarity with RF technologiesDemonstrated experience working and speaking with technical and non-technical audiences at a variety of levels within an organizationValidated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and guidelinesProven communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience developing and delivering US Government ProgramsBachelor of Science qualification in a related field or comparable experience US Government position. US Citizenship requiredActive DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain when administratively feasibleAbility to travel up to 30%

Salary range:
$98,500.00 - $155,500.00 / annually.
For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $114,500.00- $171,500.00/ annually
