Responsibilities
• Drive Operational Excellence: Support comprehensive program management and administration across multiple functional areas.
• Facilitate data analysis and program evaluation to continuously optimize outcomes.
• Execute Strategic Data-Driven Initiatives: Prepare detailed data assessments aligned with modernization strategies.
• Use data analytics to showcase potential process improvements and build support to implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness.
• Build and Strengthen Partnerships: Interface regularly with senior government and military services stakeholders.
• Communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions.
• Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in complex data analytics with demonstrated expertise in supporting programs of national scope in the Federal Government.
• Experience managing Federal Government data collection, modeling, and analysis.
• Experience in drafting and communicating executive level briefings, reports, and work products.
