Program Coordinator, Content & Business Products

Join Netflix's Content & Business Products team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of entertainment! This remote position offers a unique opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide critical support to product leaders. You'll be at the heart of our "pitch-to-play ecosystem," contributing to the planning, production, and promotion of captivating content enjoyed by millions worldwide.

What You'll Do:

Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for product leaders and their teams, both internal and external.
Coordinate logistics for team offsites and events, ensuring seamless execution.
Handle complex travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently.
Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong partnerships and communication with operations and administrative teams.
Proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
Bring an inquisitive approach to the business, identifying opportunities for team improvement and connection.


What You'll Bring:

4+ years of experience managing executive calendars.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Groups) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent written and editing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
Experience or knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.


Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $240,000, with an annual compensation structure allowing you to choose the balance between salary and stock options.
