Security Clearance: Active Secret
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contingent upon contract award)
Job Location: Remote (Northern Virginia). Be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the National Capital Region.
Overview:
Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Program Administrative Assistant for a potential opportunity to assist with the day-to-day project management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and coordinating contract support activities such as contract deliverables, task order reviews, briefings, and presentations, and In Progress Review (IPR) preparation. Perform analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating plans and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
• Five (5) years relevant experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Experience working with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Experience working on government contracts, work breakdown structures, management/business plans, and program reporting.
• Worked in support of a Project Manager on a government contract.
• Experience in contract administration and preparing management reports
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance / Tier 3 (T3)
Required Experience: Performing the following Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and
• Understanding and experience with FAR and state/local requirements.
