Compensation:
$55ā$85/hour

Remote
Commitment:
30+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Design challenging, real-world domain-specific problems for agentic tasks. Target core capability loss failures in frontier AI models.
ā¢ Integrate problems into an Agentic development environment using Python. Prepare detailed instructions, overviews, and golden solutions.
ā¢ Evaluate cross-model performance on tasks. Analyze and classify failures as logical reasoning gaps.
ā¢ Identify tasks where the model fails all tests. Extract core capability loss patterns from agent trajectories.
ā¢ Collaborate with domain experts to guide the next generation of frontier AI tools.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Current or retired professor in Finance, Accounting, Law, etc.
ā¢ Degree in finance, accounting, law, or relevant field.
ā¢ Ability to engage reliably for at least 30 hours/week during weekdays.
ā¢ Basic ability to work independently and manage time.
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
ā¢ Experience in AI training, model evaluation, and data annotation.
