Responsibilities
Ā Answer and relay telephone calls using a state-of-the-art telecommunications system.

Ā Provide pertinent information and/or take messages using a customized computer-based scripted messaging system.

Ā Follow client and company procedures for call handling and relaying of information.

Ā Utilize good judgment and professional acumen, with an empathetic and caring personality.

Ā Ensure punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.

Ā Compassionate demeanor and professional attitude.

Ā Stable Internet Connection.

Ā Computer with a Windows 10 or newer operating system.

Ā Dual Monitors.

Ā Battery Backup.

Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365.

Ā Hands-on experience with basic office equipment.

Ā Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM while asking pertinent questions and documenting the caller's responses.

Ā Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Ā Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Ā High School Diploma or Equivalent.
