Join Atlas Technica now!We are seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead and manage our team of Cloud Engineers. This role focuses on driving successful client project execution, managing complex client onboarding, and building scalable processes and structures for the professional services team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in cloud environments with strong leadership and project management skills.Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Cloud Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Provide guidance and serve as an escalation point for technical challenges faced by the team.
Oversee client onboarding and cloud implementation projects to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and high-quality results.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design solutions that align with their business needs.
Develop and implement scalable processes for project delivery, client onboarding, and team operations.
Establish and maintain best practices for cloud architecture, workflows, and documentation standards.
Continuously assess and refine processes to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for Azure and AWS cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Maintain awareness of emerging cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
Act as a primary point of contact for complex client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues effectively.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships with partners like Microsoft and Amazon to leverage resources and tools.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Eight or more years of IT experience, including at least four years of hands-on experience in cloud environments like Azure and AWS.
Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering client-facing projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture, hybrid cloud configurations, and network design.
Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on managing complex client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and structures for professional services.
Preferred Qualifications

Active Azure or AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
Experience working in financial or alternative investment industries.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible, and CI/CD technologies.
Proven ability to create technical documentation and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
