Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting the COO office with focuses on both the Services & Delivery and Customer Experience & Support functions. This role is critical in maintaining the continuity of financial planning, reporting, and strategic business support during a period of transition.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Manage and update monthly forecasts and annual planning models for headcount, expenses, and vendor spend across Services/Delivery and Customer Experience.

• Partner with department leaders to align operational plans with financial expectations, capturing the financial impact of hiring, attrition, and operational initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Own recurring financial and operational performance reporting (monthly business reviews, variance analysis, headcount tracking).

• Prepare cost center-level reporting for budget owners; analyze trends and provide insights to enable informed decision-making.

• Support consolidated cost views and reporting to senior finance and business leadership

Strategic & Ad-Hoc Support:

• Conduct scenario modeling to support business cases and evaluate investment trade-offs.

• Create or enhance dashboards and automated reports to monitor KPIs like case volume, service levels, capacity utilization, and productivity.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

• Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

• Strong knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.

• 5+ years financial and/or accounting experience required.
