Professional Services Expert
PlainID Inc. is seeking a full-time Professional Services Expert with the following qualifications:
• Execute and deliver technical tasks both onsite and remotely with customers,
• Develop high quality technological solutions tailored to customer needs,
• Manage integrations, deployments and upgrades in customer environments,
• Apply knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications,
• Write design, sizing, and operational documentation
Requirements:
• 4 years’ experience required in DevOps, QA and Professional Services
• Proficiency in handling complex technical environments and troubleshooting,
• Proven experience in Kubernetes with Service mesh technologies,
• Proficiency in various linux distros, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure),
• Bash scripting, API's, REST API's, and Postman, IDP's, various API Gateways, databases and ability to manage and troubleshoot them, including strong SQL skills.
• Experience in IAM and in the information security field,
• Creating managing policies in PlainID system, installing, configuring and managing PlainID policy manager on-prem and hybrid solution, data virtualization tools such as Trino and Teiid.
• Travel up to 30%
Salary: $165,000 per annum
