Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and professional English tutor to provide tailored online lessons for Spanish-speaking team members. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction, create structured learning materials, and provide actionable feedback. This requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver measurable improvement in English proficiency. Evening availability after 8–9 PM EST is preferred. Deliverables: - Conduct structured, engaging online English lessons focused on practical and professional use. - Develop customized lesson plans, exercises, and supporting materials. - Monitor and document progress, providing clear feedback and actionable recommendations. - Prepare and submit regular progress reports to organizational leadership for the duration of the engagement, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations. - Adjust teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes. - Maintain consistent scheduling, communication, and lesson tracking. Requirements: - Proven experience as an English tutor, preferably with Spanish-speaking learners. - Exceptional command of English (spoken and written). - Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. - Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). - TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred but not required. - Availability after 8–9 PM EST.
