What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Read and decipher customer and shipping orders
Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields
Verify and ensure accuracy of entered data
Maintain consistency of data throughout the system
Report any errors or anomalies to supervisor
Perform filing, copying, and administrative duties

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
Organizational and communication skills
Patience for repetitive work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Reading knowledge of Spanish
1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
