What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Read and interpret customer and shipping orders from various sources, ensuring accuracy
Input data into specific Microsoft Excel fields and verify consistency across the system
Report any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor promptly
Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and keep the data updated
Perform filing, copying, and other administrative duties for a portion of the workday
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
Patience for repetitive tasks and attention to detail
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
One to two years of experience with data entry and/or filing
Demonstrated social perceptiveness and service orientation
