Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields while ensuring accuracy and consistency
Verify data accuracy before entry and report any discrepancies to a supervisor
Maintain accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying for approximately three hours daily
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong reading comprehension skills
Critical thinking and organizational skills
Good communication abilities
Patience for repetitive tasks
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Basic reading knowledge of Spanish (about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
One to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing
Social perceptiveness and service orientation
