Production Technician - 3rd Shift at Fruit Spreads Facility

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of food products.
Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure the highest level of product quality.
Monitor and control production processes to maintain consistent and accurate product output.
Perform quality checks and inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Adhere to sanitation and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
Continuously identify and suggest improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and attendance guidelines.
Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
