In this crucial role, you will ensure the security and reliability of our Identity & Access Management controls platforms, effectively managing user lifecycle entitlements, authorizations, and digital identities. You will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art security solutions and contributing to various projects that utilize leading-edge technologies.This is a 3-day in office hybrid role in Montreal, Qc.Responsibilities:•Develop, enhance, and maintain Identity & Access Management controls platforms for business, technology, and privileged access entitlements to ensure seamless operations.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on advanced projects, leveraging cloud solutions and analytics for enhanced data security and process optimization.•Design, create, and manage comprehensive automated test suites to ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of platform operations.•Implement, oversee, and optimize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes by utilizing automated deployment systems to ensure rapid and secure release cycles.•Act as the first line of defense in the identification and management of cyber and fraud risks, developing strategies to maintain secure, resilient, and compliant business operations.•Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members and work in partnership with security and IT teams to align objectives and maximize platform capabilities.Requirements:•4+ years of relevant experience in web programming, with a strong understanding of Java, Python, databases, SQL, and reporting technologies.•Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing automated test suites aimed at enhancing software quality and operational security.•Proven track record of managing automated deployments and ensuring adherence to SDLC processes, with an emphasis on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think innovatively and adapt to the evolving needs of the business and technology landscapes.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.•Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity frameworks is highly desirable.•Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
