Production Partner, Distributed Retail

As a Production Partner, you will play a crucial role in our distributed retail division, working closely with our production team to drive sales and build strong relationships with our partners. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement strategies for driving growth and success in the distributed retail division.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to increase sales and expand our network.
Utilize knowledge of the mortgage industry to effectively communicate with partners and provide them with the necessary information and resources.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities and potential partners to expand our reach and increase sales.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for partners to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and partner communications.
Act as a liaison between partners and the production team, providing support and addressing any issues or concerns raised.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall success of the distributed retail division.
