Production Painter - 2nd Shift
**Overview:**

We are seeking a Production Painter to work in our Nicholasville, KY location, powder or liquid coating sheet metal for Industrial and Mobile Solutions air filtration systems. **Responsibilities:**
ā¢ Operate and conduct equipment changeover of production equipment as defined in operator instructions
ā¢ Process paperwork such as scrap reports and move tickets
ā¢ Read, understand, and utilize route sheets
ā¢ Operate all paint-related equipment and label drums and paint-related materials
ā¢ Comply with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures
ā¢ Prepare surfaces for painting and gather parts to group by colors
ā¢ Move large/awkward items using forklifts and cranes
ā¢ Successfully complete annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and DOT Hazardous Material Training
ā¢ *Qualifications:**
ā¢ Training required for hazardous waste and DOT procedures
ā¢ Ability to operate spray paint application equipment with attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to make repairs to surfaces for recoating
ā¢ Ability to move objects with heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes)
