Production Operative Night ShiftChemring Countermeasures is a world leading and innovative company, designing and developing countermeasure solutions to armed forces throughout the world. We are part of the Chemring Group of companies and have a solid global infrastructure, which also helps us to thrive.The Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas as required to support production output.The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Follow process instructions to assist in achieving daily output
Follow all health and safety procedures
Wearing full PPE Lead
Weigh fill and press Squib Cartridges
Manufacture and preparation for Chaff productions
Assembly of Flares
Ensure compliance with the Core Health & Safety Cire Training
Quality control of all products
Handling of pyrotechnic products

This role will be worked over 4 days, working 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday 23:00 07:15am. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23196.16- £26,360.88.
