Key Responsibilities:
Material Management: Create and submit material orders based on project needs and ensure timely delivery.Crew Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, ensuring that all projects are staffed efficiently.Crew Follow-Up: Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues with crew members as they arise.Financial Oversight: Review and approve crew invoices to ensure alignment with project budgets.Crew Sourcing: Identify and onboard qualified roofing crews to maintain consistent project capacity.Quality Control: Perform on-site inspections to confirm that all work meets company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing production management or a similar role in the construction industry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with project management tools or construction software is a plus.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
