As a Founding Technologist / Production Engineer , you will play a critical role in shaping the future of their trading operations. Being in a fast-paced environment, your contributions will be not only valued but also integral to the success of the team. In addition to your primary support responsibilities, you will be involved in building trading systems and collaborating closely with the technology team based in APAC. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the production order flow and maintain trading systems • Serve as the primary point of contact for all trading application issues • Ensure smooth front-to-back system functionality, focusing on order input, trade execution, and reconciliation processes. • Collaborate closely with front to back office stakeholders to enhance system workflows, environment setups and support procedures • Manage projects to improve trading infrastructure, including documentation, report generation, system upgrades, capacity planning etc What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) • At least 3 years in a trading application support role with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and business analytics capabilities. • Strong understanding of trading systems and order flow management, including PMS, OMS, and execution platforms, as well as the trading lifecycle. • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python and SQL to enhance system functionality. • Willingness to work the US market night shift from 4pm to 1am Dubai time, with a degree of remote working flexibility. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Strategy/Planning, Information Technology, and Production Industries Financial Services, International Trade and Development, and Technology, Information and Media Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Principle Partners by 2x Apply BELOW Apply tot his job
