Production Data Entry Clerk
This is a remote position.
Arkansas Trailer Manufacturing Company is seeking a detail-oriented Production Data Entry Clerk to support production reporting and operational record keeping in a remote capacity. This role is responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining production data, inventory records, work order details, and internal documentation to support manufacturing workflows and reporting accuracy.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling high-volume data with accuracy while supporting internal teams across production, purchasing, and operations.
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain production and operational records
Update work orders, inventory logs, and shipment documentation
Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Process reports related to production schedules and materials usage
Maintain electronic filing and document records
Assist with data audits and compliance tracking
Support purchasing and operations teams with record updates
Generate routine status reports as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma required
1+ year data entry, administrative, or production support experience preferred
Strong typing and data accuracy skills
Experience with spreadsheets and database systems
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
