By demystifying complexity, removing stigma, and increasing access, we can deliver care that truly puts patients first.You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of marketers and creatives that collaborate closely to create a beautiful and cohesive experience for patients throughout their journey.The RoleWe are seeking a Creative Coordinator with a strong understanding of performance marketing, creator and production talent sourcing and management, and production workflows to join our team. Reporting to the associate creative director, you will collaborate closely with our team of strategists, designers, video editors, and content creators to bring concepts to life. This role requires exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills, as you will manage a high volume of creative under tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality.In this role, you will:Build and maintain a vetted roster of creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants, complete with rate cards, availability, and specialtiesOrchestrate weekly project plans and daily schedules, ensuring creative deliverables hit every deadline from ideation to launchNegotiate rates, issue SOWs, and track POs/invoices to stay within defined budgetsSource locations, props, and wardrobe as needed; oversee production days when requiredTranslate creative briefs into clear shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and deliverable checklistsBrief content creators, actors, and creative partners, including photographers, videographers, editors, and designers, while maintaining strong working relationshipsRun post-shoot feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistency across deliverablesSecure all required usage rights, model releases, and compliance documentation before production beginsEnsure deliverables meet the brief, adhere to brand guidelines, ad platform specs, and compliance requirements as neededPerform first-level QC, identify pacing, story flow, or visual issues and coordinate quick turnarounds with editors and creatorsWe’re looking for someone who:Has 3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operationsHas a proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environmentExperience in the Performance Marketing industry is a huge plusIs extremely organized and can manage a variety of creative requests and deliverables, from a wide range of creative partners and stakeholdersHas strong project management skills and is an exceptional communicatorMaintains strict adherence to industry regulations and legal requirementsIs a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentObsesses over details and has a genuine passion for continuously optimizing the production processesIs kind and empathetic, and genuinely excited about the possibilities in the healthcare spaceBenefitsFull medical, dental and vision benefitsMaternity/paternity policy4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)Competitive compensationStock option grantRemote first, work from anywhere in CanadaIncredible culture powered by a highly collaborative and high-performing teamLarge impact at an early-stage technology companyProfessional development opportunities, working closely with founders and the senior leadership teamOpen vacancy: This posting is for an existing vacancy at the company.Our commitment to an inclusive team culture means embracing diversity and offering equitable access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded.
