Production Coodinator

They are seeking a Production Coordinator to provide production and sourcing information, execute product development, and ensure quality standards are met for private label products. Responsibilities Provide production and sourcing related information to key stakeholders - both internal and external Work with Sourcing Manager/Sourcing Partners to find new and innovative products Execute product development to ensure that all products meet quality standards Deliver product development on time, adhering to the critical path and key milestones Execute with internal/external resources artwork/packaging for all globally sourced private label products Skills Equivalent of a post-secondary degree/diploma in related field 1 - 2 years + work experience, preferably in sourcing, product development, project management within hardgoods, softgoods or grocery retail Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Familiar working in PLM environment Well developed organizational skills with ability to set priorities, multi-task and perform under deadline pressures Well developed problem solving skills High level of self management and ability to collaborate Excellent written and oral communication skills Bilingual English and French Understand retail related financial math Benefits Store Discount Recognition program that celebrates great work with monetary rewards and other perks Safety first environment Company Overview Giant Tiger is the all-Canadian family discount store for Fun Smart Savings.
