Job Summary: As a valued member of the production team, the Production Associate will primarily focus on sorting, inspecting, pricing and evaluating the quality of merchandise. This role involves ensuring that all items meet the company’s quality standards and are prepared for distribution. The Production Associate plays a critical role in maintaining efficient operations and supporting overall team objectives. Responsibilities: • Identify, price, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently. • Maintain a neat and clean department area to ensure a safe and organized workspace. • Display new merchandise on the sales floor while removing outdated items to optimize inventory. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations. Requirements/Qualifications: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Interest in Product Categories: Genuine interest in fashion, toys, electronics, or home décor. • Brand and Material Knowledge: Ability to learn and identify luxury brand items, fabrics, and materials. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate evaluation of merchandise. • Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Friday/Saturday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: • Physical Activity: Ability to stand, walk, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to deliver excellent service. • Lifting Capability: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds as needed. • Repetitive Movements: Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods. • Merchandise Handling: Must be comfortable working with second-hand merchandise.
