We're looking to hire a full-time production assistant to help manage our digital content production, newsletter operations, and social media presence. This remote position offers an opportunity to work with a fast-paced team while helping to shape cybersecurity conversations.

Core responsibilities
Manage and distribute our newsletters
Handle daily content production and scheduling
Create engaging social media content and memes using Canva
Process and upload transcripts to WordPress
Produce Cyber Security Headlines Week in Review event materials including thumbnail creation
Track analytics for Super Cyber Friday events
Coordinate with sponsors on content publication
Maintain organizational systems in Notion
Assist with AMA (Ask Me Anything) event production
Support live production during Super Cyber Friday events
Manage podcast guest scheduling and booking
Required skills
Familiarity with social media and WordPress
Managing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of content
Great attention to detail
Solid verbal and written communication skills
