You’ll play a crucial role in making sure each order is picked, packed, printed, and assembled with care and precision—ensuring every product arrives on time and looking great. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great work, especially during busy periods.Please note: We will be holding an Assessment Day on 9th July at our Tamworth site (Moonpig, Unit 8, Dordon, Tamworth B78 2FG) where all shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an English test and a Health & Safety test.All successful candidates from the assessment day will then be invited back for a formal interview on either 10th or 11th July. Please ensure you are available on these dates before applying, specific times will be given to all successful candidates closer to the date! Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack personalised cards and gifts with accuracyOperate printing equipment for high-quality outputsAssemble gift bundles and perform fabrication tasksConduct quality control checks to uphold brand standardsFollow SOPs for consistency, safety, and complianceMeet daily productivity and accuracy targetsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentSupport across different production zones as neededReport issues to help drive improvements About You: Positive, can-do attitude and strong team playerComfortable in high-volume, fast-moving settingsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracyAble to follow safety procedures and work instructionsFlexible and open to rotating tasks and departmentsGood basic literacy and numeracy skillsWilling to work varied shifts, including weekends during peak times(Desirable) Experience in a production, fulfilment, or warehouse environment(Desirable) Familiarity with print machinery or handheld scanners(Desirable) Understanding of health and safety in logistics Additional Information Shift pattern: Week One:In: Monday, Tuesday, WednesdayOff: Thursday, FridayIn: Saturday, SundayWeek Two:In: Wednesday, Thursday, FridayShift Times:Weekdays: 12:00 - 22:00Weekends: 12:00 - 21:30There may be a requirement to adjust start and finish times based on operational demands, particularly during peak and off-peak periods.
