NOW HIRING: Production Associates – $17.50-19.50

📍 Location: Davenport, IA

💵 Pay: $17.50–$19.50/hr (based on shift)

🕒 Schedule: 10-hour shifts

Job Duties Include:

• Loading blades onto conveyor lines for oven/furnace processing
• Using hand tools to transfer blades to press
• Cooling blades in a quench tank
• Hanging blades for painting & performing quality inspections
• Packaging items for shipment

What We’re Looking For:

• General labor or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for long shifts
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in warm environments
• Team players with a great work ethic!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
