The Role
We’re looking for a Product & UX Designer, someone obsessed with understanding user needs, translating vision into product, and bridging the gap between ideas and execution. This is not a typical visual designer role. We’re seeking someone who thinks in systems, maps complex processes into intuitive experiences, and works directly with leadership, users, and engineers to bring a new category-defining product to life. This is a remote role based in the United States.
What You’ll Do
Translate founder and stakeholder vision into structured product flows, wireframes, and functional user journeys
Engage directly with users to understand workflows, frustrations, and hidden needs
Lead discovery interviews, usability testing, and iterative design validation
Define UX architecture for complex, enterprise-facing features and AI-assisted workflows
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to define MVPs and shape delivery
Help build and scale a UX culture
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in UX strategy, product design, or systems design—ideally in enterprise SaaS
Strong experience mapping multi-step workflows, personas, and systems-thinking approaches
Exceptional communication and synthesis skills—you make complexity feel simple and elegant
A builder’s mindset: excited to help shape early product structure, feedback loops, and feature prioritization
High empathy for users and deep curiosity for how they work
Bonus Points
Experience in consulting tech, workflow tools, or platforms serving professional services
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products or how to integrate human-AI interaction patterns
Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (esp. Lucid, Figma)
Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding basic technical constraints
