In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption by working closely with customers to understand their needs, designing integrated solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. Working with the Product team, you will act as a key liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party technology providers to achieve ongoing success. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer engagement, and training capabilities.What You’ll Do:
Work closely with customers to understand their travel booking and logistics needs.
Design and propose integrated solutions that align with customer workflows and systems.
Demonstrate the value of the product to prospective customers and support the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams (including Product, Engineering, and Sales) to refine solutions based on customer feedback.
Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design.
Develop and deliver training programs for end users, ensuring effective product adoption.
Act as the primary point of contact during and post-implementation.
Manage relationships with third-party system providers to maintain compatibility, optimize integrations and develop business opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry developments and technology changes that impact integrations.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve operations and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in product solutions, customer success, or technical sales in the travel industry.
Detailed knowledge of travel technology and systems.
Proven experience in designing and implementing technology solutions for corporate customers.
Understanding of API integrations and enterprise system interoperability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Experience in training and onboarding users for software platforms.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and third-party providers.
Comfortable working with globally dispersed and remote teams.
Knowledge of Energy, Mining, Marine travel and operations.
Knowledge of enterprise people logistics platforms.
Knowledge of agile and other development methodologies.
Location United StatesThe US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
