Product & Retail Marketing Coordinator (Temp)

Yum! Brands is seeking a temporary Product & Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the Product Marketing team during a period of leave coverage. This role involves critical executional and coordination functions across product launches, menu updates, and in-restaurant merchandising, ensuring accurate and timely execution of product experiences across various channels.ResponsibilitiesSupport Experience rollouts by drafting initial rollout guides and coordinating input from cross-functional partnersUpdate digital merchandising within CMS for Experience launches and ongoing updatesSubmit POS change requests to IT and track status through completionTrack financial analysis requests in partnership with the Finance teamTake meeting notes and capture action items during cross-functional menu planning meetingsConduct regular menu audits (calories, descriptions, pricing) to ensure consistency across all guest-facing channelsProof menus and POP files from the print vendor to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standardsSupport store signage requests submitted through the Marketing distribution inboxCoordinate mailing of LRM items, achievement certificates, CharTickets, and gift cards as neededAssist with executional details related to retail marketing and in-restaurant merchandisingThe Coordinator will regularly attend: Cross-Functional Menu Planning (1 hour, weekly) 1:1 with Product Marketing Associate (1 hour, weekly or as needed) Finance x Marketing Connect (30-60 minutes, weekly)SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred1-3 years of relevant marketing, retail marketing, or coordination experience (industry experience preferred)Strong attention to detail with a high bar for accuracyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally and following established processesProactive, reliable, and execution-focusedExperience with CMS tools, POS systems, or print production is a plusCompany OverviewYum!
