Product Quality Analyst

Our approach is simple: low overhead, small teams, and rapid iteration.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented analyst to play a key role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our software products. In this role, you will design, implement, and execute efficient testing processes to identify potential issues early and ensure seamless functionality. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences by proactively addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement in product quality.What will you do:Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications to validate usability and performance, in an agile manner that maintains the fast pace of delivery.Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects and inconsistencies using tools such as JIRA and Slack to facilitate team alignment.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, product, and design) to understand requirements and proactively suggest quality improvements.Conduct regression testing to ensure stability and reliability after code changes, deployments, and feature additions.Stay informed on emerging testing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously refine testing strategies.Create and present QA status reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.What we are looking for:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or similar role, preferably with exposure to multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
