Key Responsibilities
Own and execute Wiznovy’s product vision and roadmap
Translate business goals into clear user stories and prioritized backlog
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature acceptance
Champion user-centric design and seamless platform experiences
Drive AI-powered personalization features and learning pathways
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and data teams
Define and track product KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion)
Support monetization strategies (subscriptions, commissions, certifications)
Ensure product quality, scalability, and compliance
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience building digital platforms, marketplaces, or EdTech products
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
