Product Owner
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Population Health and Value-Based Care to lead product strategy, development, and delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery transformation and hands-on experience collaborating with UI/UX design to ensure intuitive, user-centered solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a balanced, professional communication style-someone who can drive outcomes, lead discussions, and manage competing priorities without aggression or confrontation, maintaining a respectful and collaborative tone across diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the Product Owner within a Scrum team, managing backlog prioritization, user stories, sprint objectives, and acceptance criteria.
Leads and owns release planning activities, including defining release scope, timelines, and coordination across technology and business teams.
Oversee release delivery, ensuring readiness, communication, and alignment with development schedules and quality standards.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly and efficient product interfaces.
Partner with clinical, data, and technology teams to deliver population health and value-based care capabilities that improve quality, cost, and outcomes.
Lead and participate in all Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, PI planning, retrospectives).
Maintain clear, professional, and collaborative communication across all levels of the organization.
Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations within population health and value-based contracting.
Author release notes and participate in demos, and field training as needed and ensure clients are excited and well-informed of upcoming changes.
