No two days will be the same, and your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative will be key to success.Our objective is that your grow into a Product Manager role with ownership over a complete product: results, strategy, build, and budget.If you're excited to be part of something fast-moving and meaningful, and want to work on real problems for real customers, we’d love to meet you.Responsibilities Own and drive key product and operational initiatives from idea to execution. Solve real customer problems by connecting customer research, business objectives, and solution design. Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Operations) to build and improve our value propositions. Ship, test, and learn in fast iterations. Take ownership of results, holding the highest standards of yourself and colleagues. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in any fast-paced environment (startups, fintech, consulting, operations, product — all welcome). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions. Track record ownership — you take responsibility and drive projects to completion. Growth mindset — you’re eager to learn, adapt, and improve continuously. Excellent communication skills — you can work across different teams and explain ideas clearly.
