Join a team of engineers developing on one of the most advanced data driven decision systems in the banking industry, creating real-time customer experiences and backend services that determine the credit worthiness of applicants and decision customers on new credit card products.
As a Product Owner, you'll lead the effort to build out services that support credit decision microservices, determining which card products can be assigned to new applicants. These are always-on systems that need to be highly resilient and stable with 99.99% uptime requirements.
Responsibilities
Define and execute technical product strategies for client initiatives.
Lead engineering teams focused on the development of highly resilient applications.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
Align product development efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
Leverage agile methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Agile product management or ownership, with a proven ability to lead and support Scrum teams.
Strong technical foundation with background in software engineering, platform design, or solutions architecture is a major plus.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms, ideally focused on AWS.
Comfortable working with Golang-based applications (a plus, not required).
Demonstrated success in project management and delivery, with strong strategic planning capabilities.
Skilled in navigating non-matrixed environments and managing initiatives that evolve beyond the original scope.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and senior business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $205,000 annuallyThis range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay a Senior Product Owner. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant factors including experience, skills, location, and client billing.
