You are responsible for ensuring the team is always working on the highest-value tasks. Roadmap Translation: Work closely with the Head of Product to elaborate roadmap features into detailed user stories, technical requirements, and clear acceptance criteria. Sprint Facilitation: Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions. You are the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarity and making real-time decisions. Delivery & Quality: Partner with engineering and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features, managing the release process and thorough documentation. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (Compliance, Treasury, Sales), ensuring transparent communication on progress and trade-offs. Support & Triage: Provide second-line support by triaging production issues, ensuring that critical fixes are prioritized and resolved without losing development momentum. What you’ll bring Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in product ownership or management, with a proven track record in financial services. Specific experience within Payments or Foreign Exchange (FX) is highly preferred. Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, or FX workflows is a significant advantage for this role. Agile Mastery: Strong proficiency in agile methodologies and a high comfort level with the fast-paced nature of a scale-up environment. Analytical skill Set: Solid analytical expertise, with the ability to use data analysis and critical thinking to solve problems and define requirements.
