As a Product Owner, you’ll lead large scale testing teams to build and validate customer acquisition experiences and the backend services that support credit-decision microservices, which determine which card products can be assigned to new applicants. These always-on systems must be highly resilient and stable, with 99.99% uptime requirements. Responsibilities Define and execute technical product strategies for client initiatives. Lead testing teams focused on the validation of highly resilient applications. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports. Align product development efforts with business goals and customer requirements. Leverage agile methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery. Skills & Qualifications 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner, with the ability to lead and run Scrum teams. Strong technical understanding, including a background in software engineering, platform design, and/or solutions architecture, is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills for engaging effectively with internal and external teams/stakeholders. Experience in software testing, test automation, and tooling from a product management or engineering perspective. Adept at working outside of matrixed environments and managing beyond the initial project scope. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to senior-level stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Agile product management/ownership. Experience working on cloud-based platforms, ideally focusing on AWS. Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle large-scale technical challenges. Demonstrated expertise in leading technical projects with a focus on scalability and performance optimization. Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with business objectives. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
